Erhardt+Leimer offers its new camera, ELSIS OL 52, which now also inspects aluminum and metal webs for defects. The defect catalogue comprises, in particular, scratches, dents, contaminations and roller marks.
As aluminium foil is frequently used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, it is very important that defects, and in particular contaminations, are detected reliably. Erhardt+Leimer offers a wide range of different cameras and lighting systems for quality control on all processes where web-type materials are produced and subject to further treatment. Erhardt+Leimer inspection cameras are therefore not only used on metal and aluminium webs but also, for example, with film, foil, nonwovens, paper and tissue.
